These materials are designed for informational and operational support purposes only.
Logic-Anchor Governance is not a law firm, and nothing contained within our frameworks, documentation, or communications should be interpreted as formal legal advice, legal representation, or legal consultation.

2. Bespoke Compliance Frameworks
Certain services offered by Logic-Anchor Governance include bespoke compliance frameworks, analytical audits, and custom operational reviews.
These services may begin immediately upon access to the secure client Vault or onboarding materials. Once access is granted, internal analytical processes and compliance preparation may begin automatically.
Because these services involve custom analytical work and immediate initiation of auditing procedures, they are treated as custom services.
3. Limitation of Liability
By purchasing or implementing any Logic-Anchor Governance product or service, you agree that:
Logic-Anchor Governance’s total liability for any claim, dispute, or issue arising from the use of our materials or services is strictly limited to the cost of the product or service purchased.
Under no circumstances shall Logic-Anchor Governance be liable for:
indirect damages
consequential damages
operational losses
regulatory penalties
business interruptions
loss of data or revenue
The use and implementation of all frameworks remain the responsibility of the purchasing organization.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the secure digital nature of the Vault assets and the immediate initiation of analytical auditing upon Vault entry, the following refund policy applies:
All digital framework purchases are final once access to the Vault materials has been granted.
All custom compliance framework services and setup fees are final and non-refundable once Vault access has been initiated.
By entering the Vault or accessing protected materials, you acknowledge that the service has begun.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Logic-Anchor Governance—including but not limited to:
compliance frameworks
governance methodologies
documentation templates
analytical models
operational SOP structures
remain the intellectual property of Logic-Anchor Governance.
Clients receive a limited license to use these materials internally within their organization.
You may not:
reproduce the frameworks for resale
distribute the materials publicly
license the materials to third parties
replicate the system for commercial redistribution
without written permission from Logic-Anchor Governance.
6. Confidentiality
Logic-Anchor Governance respects the confidentiality of client operational information.
Any documentation, operational data, or internal information provided during the compliance review process will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the governance framework or audit process.
7. Modifications to Services
Logic-Anchor Governance reserves the right to:
modify framework content
improve analytical methodologies
update documentation
enhance Vault materials
without prior notice.
Updates may be released periodically to improve compliance reliability.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, purchasing services, or entering the client Vault, you confirm that you:

agree to the refund policy
accept the limitation of liability
